PayCourt does not store account holder information locally.
Calling times are always compliant with the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and well within the scope of the Bureau of Consumer Protection.
When third- party data results in an error we immediately remove data from our system. PayCourt responds to account holders, typically within 24 hours of receiving an inquiry.
