Adams County has been using Credit Collection Partners for collections since 2014. We are very happy with the dollar amount collected to date, but even happier with the wonderful customer service that has always been provided. Anytime we have a question, all you have to do is send an email or make a phone call and it is taken care of right away. They are always very friendly and eager to help in any way they can. Last year they helped us get started with the Illinois Office of the Comptroller Local Debt Recovery Program. Working with CCP and this program has helped us collect even more debt for Adams County.
